Things to know

1. Moto Glampers will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of the hirer.
2. The distance is measured for the trip from garage to garage and not from a random pickup point while calculating the trip fare.
3. The driver is well-trained and may help you with the setting up of equipment.
4. Pets are not allowed to be taken along in the trip.
5. The passengers should take care of the natural beauty of the area they are camping and not litter around the disposables there.
6. It is not allowed for passengers to use alcohol or drugs inside the caravans, while it is moving or stationary.
7. The caravan is equipped with GPS, dash camera, remote control of the vehicle in case of emergency, to ensure your safety.
8. If the vehicle faces any malfunctioning issues, roadside assistance will be taken care by Moto Glampers.
9. When on halt, the AC should not be turned on in any condition.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking has been confirmed and the deposit been paid, there cannot be a refund in any case. In case you complete your trip before the booked dates/booked • kilometers i.e. if you come back early, even then there will be no refund.

Exclusion

1. Toll and State Tax (if applicable)
2. Parking charges. (if applicable)
3. Fuel (will be calculated @Rs.10/KM)
